I can teach you how what to eat, how to shop and understand ingredients and hidden toxins, how to cook, how to juice, when to eat what to best fuel your mind/body/spirit, and be available via text outside of scheduled session for quick questions. Developing and providing accountability and support for self development and integration of mind body spirit daily practices to elevate you on a sustainable path that will improve all areas of your life.
